Sports In Life, Life In Sports

 I was always afraid of sports that there one day comes when one has to face their fears. One cannot run away without facing it. 
When I got through with AFCAT  I have to be prepared for AFSB too. On doing so much of research I realised, I will have to get into sports for good stamina, fitness and to leave a good impression. Finally, I joined swimming, why I chose swimming because I heard it takes less time to learn it say like 10 to 15 days. On the first day I did paddling by taking the support of the wall, after 3 days I started with hand movement cutting water which is called breaststroke.It was almost 20 days I wasn't able to swim because somewhere I had a fear of drowning and dying. But one fine day forgetting my fear I just did it. I am more happy confine stable energetic because I not only learned swimming but while learning swimming I observed that it is much more beyond what we see from distance. 

Thing which I observed while learning swimming
  • Swimming cleanse one's aural energy which means when you think about many people in life.,you interact with so many people, you get physical, This way you exchange your positive aural energy with the other party. To cleanse your aura swimming is one of the solutions by which one can keep their positive energy with oneself.
  • If you are into depression swimming is the solution it helps you to keep out of worries n stress in the life.
  • One can build their stamina, deepen their breathing which again helps to build the strength of lungs.
  • One can find good scope in the sports field.
  • Swimming can be done by various styles: breast strokes, butterfly, crawl, back crawl, flutter.

  1. Swimming emerged as a competitive sport in the 1830s in England
  2. The Olympic Games were held in 1896 in Athens, a male-only competition
  3. Women were first allowed to swim in the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm, competing in freestyle races.
